Training Yourself for Longer Lasting Erections

Yeah, we know, you were expecting a bottle of pills or some special herb you can rub on your junk. Not here. We are talking about training yourself to last longer in bed. This method isn't the cure for all or really a cure at all. It is simply a technique you can practice to give yourself a better chance to last longer.
